Franchesca Rybar

GU Impacts Manager

Franchesca manages the GU Impacts Fellowship Program at the Beeck Center. Her focus is on prioritizing students and guiding the program from recruitment, to application, to selection, preparation, and reflection. Franchesca’s work experience is based around non-profit work and education. Before joining the Center, she worked for the Hispanic Association of Colleges & Universities (HACU), coordinating their National Internship Program and maintaining contact with up to 350 interns each year. Before moving to D.C., Franchesca completed a year of volunteer service as an AmeriCorps member of City Year in Columbus, Ohio. You’ll frequently hear Franchesca traveling on weekends to see family and friends. Other than travel, she enjoys exploring all that D.C. has to offer and befriending people to explore with.

Education: Case Western Reserve University, B.A in International Studies with minors in English and Russian

Hometown: East Canton, Ohio
