Ramya Tallapragada

Biography: Ramya Tallapragada is a second-year student in the Masters of Science in Foreign Service (MSFS) program at Georgetown University. After graduating the University of Maryland with a B.S. in International Business, Ramya worked at Mathematica Policy Research for three years. During this time, she served as project and proposal manager on several international development and health research projects. At MSFS, she concentrates in International Development, building skills in development economics, international affairs, business-government relations, and topical areas in development. Given her business background, Ramya is particularly interested in the role of the private sector and private sector strategies in enhancing social outcomes. She interned at the Case Foundation during her summer at graduate school, supporting their work in impact investing. At the Beeck Center, Ramya examines pay-for-success and public-private partnership models around the world.
