Eve Elie
Eve (she/her), affectionately known as Eve of Strategy, is the lead Researcher in GovTech at the Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation at Georgetown University. She leads comprehensive research to identify challenges and opportunities in government technology delivery in the US and globally. Eve’s career spans from innovative startups to the public sector, specializing in agile strategy, leadership development, and user experience research to launch initiatives or products and advocate for societal betterment. She is a Commissioner for the Mayor’s Commission of African and Caribbean Immigrant Affairs in Philadelphia.
Eve is a ‘put-people-first’ advocate where her work at Beeck realizes the pursuit of a more equitable, efficient, and responsive society, fueled by collaborating with thoughtful persons who embody the notion of humanity to inform the application of technology and data-driven policy. She studied Medical Anthropology and Public Health at Mount Holyoke College (USA) and Yonsei University (South Korea). She is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
