Liel Zino(she/her) is a student analyst for the Digital Service Network (DSN) at the Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation at Georgetown University, where she focuses on facilitation, qualitative research, and collaborations with various government teams.
Previously, Liel worked at the Israeli digital ministry, focusing on digital transformation and implementation of the national innovation program. She also interned in the Israeli Embassy to the U.S. as a policy advisor, where she helped strategize the Embassy’s work in the U.S.
Liel is enthusiastic about using technology to solve inequality and improve government service delivery across the world.
Liel is a second-year master’s in public policy student, studying technology policy and Ethics. She is based in Washington, DC.
