Vaishant supports the Beeck Center’s strategy by working closely with our teams on impact metrics, new initiatives, and partnerships with leading organizations across sectors.
Vaishant previously served as Special Assistant to the Executive Director at the Beeck Center. In his role, Vaishant crafted the Beeck Center’s methodology around social impact, managed fundraising efforts, and coordinated key projects in support of the Executive Director.
Before joining the Center, Vaishant was an Associate Consultant at boutique management consultancy firm, Capco. As a part of the Financial Services practice, he was part of teams that established strategies and frameworks to increase revenue and streamline operations at large financial institutions in New York City. In the Impact Consulting practice, he worked with social enterprises on financial analysis, market entry, and digital strategy. Prior to Capco, Vaishant worked for the Albright Stonebridge Group, a Commercial Diplomacy firm, conducting non-US market research and analysis for Fortune 500 firms.
Vaishant graduated from American University with a major in International Development and minor in Finance. Raised in Rhode Island, Vaishant’s passion for international development and evidence-based policy stems from time spent in India during his childhood. Those experiences in his family’s village in Madhya Pradesh, India, drove his curiosity of development challenges different economies face. Vaishant is keen to contribute to initiatives that cut across government, private sector, and non-profit organizations to improve quality of life.
