Andrew Merluzzi

Andrew Merluzzi is the AI Innovation + Incubation Fellow at the Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation at Georgetown University.

Andrew has a decade of experience in technology policy and social impact. In his previous role at USAID, Andrew supported grant programs and policy at the intersection of AI and global development. Prior to USAID, Andrew served as a Program Officer at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, an independent, nonprofit institution providing science and technology policy guidance to the U.S. Government and private foundations.

Andrew graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2018 with a Master’s in Public Policy and a PhD in Neuroscience. He is based in the Washington, DC area.
