Digital Service Team Hiring Insights and Question Bank

The Digital Service Network recently teamed up with students from the University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill School of Government’s Master of Public Administration (MPA) program to develop a question bank for digital service teams to use and reference as they navigate hiring digital talent within government. After several interviews with digital service teams from around the country, the team put together a bank of possible questions and additional resources for teams to use in hiring processes.
