Join the Digital Service Network (DSN) for the third session in our 2024 summer event series, Let’s Get Digital, where we’re highlighting exemplary relationships driving digital transformation.
Over the past decade, the State of New York has built teams focused on digital services and human-centered design within their IT and communications functions to support the development of user-centered products and services. The teams are led by Luke Charde, Director of Digital Experience at the Office of Information Technology Services, and Jessica Houle, Digital Service Director at the Office of General Services. Now, with a renewed emphasis on customer experience from Governor Kathy Hochul, these teams are broadening their scope and collaborating closely with the Governor’s office to accelerate their efforts to improve digital services across New York State government.
Join us on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 @ noon PT/3pm ET to hear from Luke, Jessica, and Gabe Paley, Assistant Secretary for Technology to Governor Hochul. They’ll share more about New York State’s human-centered design (HCD) journey, and offer valuable perspectives on the strategic approaches driving the development of a culture of human-centered design in the State. You’ll also learn how Gabe, Luke, and Jessica have cultivated strong cross-departmental collaboration, and we’ll leave time for you to ask the speakers your questions!
