Cassie (She/Her) is a student analyst for the Family Benefits Lab and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. Before graduate school, she worked at a nonprofit organization providing direct services to students, helping to alleviate barriers to educational attainment. She also worked in philanthropy, designing grant programs aimed at promoting equitable access to higher education for students in San Diego. Cassie holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Political Science from the University of California, San Diego.
