Elisa Fox
Elisa Fox (she/her) is the Program + Data Manager for the Digital Benefits Network (DBN) at the Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation at Georgetown University. In this role, she supports the DBN’s operations through project management, data management, and data reporting.
Elisa has utilized her project management and data analyst skills to advance technology that works in the public interest, particularly cyber policy that centers local, community-based approaches. She previously worked at the non-profit All Tech Is Human where she developed and launched the cyber and democracy vertical with the focus on making cyber policy and cybersecurity more accessible. Prior to that, she worked at Observer Research Foundation America where she project managed the Technology Policy Team’s global south roundtable series to promote cooperation in cyberspace and increase global south participation in the UN cyber processes.
Elisa is passionate about ensuring that technology is human centered and works for the community it is meant to serve, particularly underrepresented communities. She believes that technology should be used to create a positive impact for all.
Elisa received her B.A. in Politics and M.S. in Global Affairs from New York University. She is based in Brooklyn, NY.
