My name is Salwa Sheikh (She/Her), and I’m a Student Analyst for the Digital Service Network at the Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation at Georgetown University. I support the Digital Service Network as a Research and Data Assistant, helping maintain the Digital Government Hub to enhance government service delivery. I’m particularly interested in the intersection of civic technology and user engagement, especially where gaps in equitable access to government tools exist. I’m passionate about the potential of AI and data-driven governance to promote transparency, an issue I care deeply about amid global shifts in democracy affecting vulnerable populations. This drives my pursuit of a degree in Science, Technology, and International Affairs at Georgetown University.
