Salwa Sheikh (She/Her) is a student analyst for the Digital Service Network at Georgetown University’s Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation. She supports the Digital Service Network as a research and data assistant, helping maintain the Digital Government Hub to enhance government service delivery. Sheikh is particularly interested in the intersection of civic technology and user engagement, especially where gaps in equitable access to government tools exist. She is also passionate about the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) and data-driven governance to promote transparency, an issue she cares deeply about amid global shifts in democracy affecting vulnerable populations. This commitment drives her pursuit of a degree in Science, Technology, and International Affairs at Georgetown University.
