Trinisa Fung

Student Analyst

Trinisa Fung (she/her/hers) is a Student Analyst for the Digital Service Network (DSN) at the Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation at Georgetown University. She is primarily responsible for collecting and analyzing information for the DSN Resource Library—an open-source database for government leaders using design, data, and technology to improve and enhance service delivery.

Previously, Trinisa worked with the National Endowment for Democracy, where she helped manage the Sharp Power Research Portal, a research hub that documents and investigates how authoritarian powers influence societies and institutions around the world. Trinisa also brings her knowledge of international affairs and data-informed diplomacy from her work with the U.S. Department of State. She is excited to explore innovative, data-driven solutions to address pressing policy issues.

Trinisa is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy at Georgetown University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Psychology from Grinnell College. Trinisa is based in Washington, DC.
