Students are having trouble identifying ways to develop their skills in social impact. The Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation created a tool to help define “impact leadership” and to guide Georgetown University students and their advisors in navigating the disparate landscape.

Implementing Benefits Eligibility + Enrollment Systems: State Responses to H.R. 1
Throughout summer 2025, our team at the Digital Benefits Network at the Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation at Georgetown University conducted interviews with leaders from seven states. These states operate, or are building, integrated eligibility and enrollment (IEE) systems for core public benefit programs such as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Medicaid, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and child care.
