DBN Quarterly Call: What’s Next for Digital Identity in Public Benefits?

December 6, 2022
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm ET

Join the Digital Benefits Network’s Inaugural Quarterly Call on Tuesday, December 6th at 12pm ET.

Our first call will focus on digital identity topics. Identity proofing, authentication, and online access to benefits applications have been increasingly important issues for benefits agencies since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. For benefits administrators, implementing online access to benefits applications has required navigating and balancing challenges around security, fraud prevention, accessibility, and equity. Advocacy organizations, federal and state agencies, and lawmakers are all paying attention to digital identity topics. The current moment presents an opportunity to seek out collaborative best practices and innovative solutions that improve benefit delivery and access.

During our call, attendees will have the opportunity to hear leaders in the benefits space discuss what’s next for digital identity and priorities for 2023. Attendees will be able to join in lively discussions and connect with the broader Digital Benefits Network community.
